The Book Fair arrives tomorrow, Thursday 14th October, and will be in our school foyer until Thursday 21st October.
Parents/carers are welcome to come into our foyer and purchase books when collecting children from school. However social distancing guidelines will have to be followed and face coverings must be worn. To limit the number of adults coming into the school building orders can also be made from home as per the following guidelines:
- A list of books for sale are available on our school website (Book Fair 2021).
- Please complete the order form detailing the book(s) you wish to order with your child’s name, class and return to school.
- All orders to be received by lunchtime on Tuesday 19th October so we can ensure delivery of books by Thursday 21st October.
- Payment can be made from home as per instructions below OR you may send in cash/cheque with your order form in a sealed envelope.
Paying from Home
- Use this Book Fair link https://bookfairs.scholastic.co.uk/travelling-books/pay
- Search for our school using account number 29201258 or school phone number 02837548237 or Postcode BT71 7NJ.
- Use the option ‘I am paying for books at the book fair’.
- You need your email address, child’s name, class and the total number of books that you are ordering.
- This will bring you to the payment page where you will need to enter your card details.
- You will receive an email with your order reference number. You can forward this email to our school info account: info@ourladys.tullysaran.ni.sch.uk or print it and give it to your child to bring into the school.
- Your child will receive their book(s) at the Book Fair.
- We can see each transaction that occurs on our online account.
