In our first Book Club session, we explored an extract from Wonder, focusing on the character August and discussing the different ways people can show him kindness and acceptance. The children shared thoughtful ideas about empathy and treating others with respect. They then enjoyed designing their own bookmarks to keep and use, before choosing a book to take home and read. It was a wonderful start to our Book Club journey, filled with creativity, kindness, and a love of reading.💕 #LearningthroughFriendship
