The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated in the Parish of Armagh on the weekend of Saturday 27th/Sunday 28th May 2023. There will be two celebrations in St Patrick’s Cathedral and the dates and times for each of the Services are as follows.
Saturday 27th May @ 11am: Mount St Catherine’s Primary School, Our Lady’s Primary School Tullysaran, St Malachy’s Primary School, Saints & Scholars Primary School & Armstrong Primary School
Sunday 28th May @ 2pm: St Patrick’s Primary School & Christian Brothers Primary School
Primary Seven Pupils, their parents and one sponsor may attend the Confirmation ceremonies.
Give me your Holy Spirit
O God our Father, give me your Holy Spirit in my heart and in my mind, that I may ever choose what is right, that I may know what choice to make and what choice to reject. Give me your Holy Spirit to fill my heart with good desires to make my life wise with knowledge, beautiful with love, useful with service. Give me your Holy Spirit, to enlighten the scriptures for me and to fill my life with the fruits which only He can give. AMEN
