On Wednesday 1st February we celebrated our Grandparents' Assembly in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tullysaran. It was a beautiful celebration which was led by our Primary 7 children with all our classes singing songs during this spiritual event on the feast of St. Brigid.
Fr. Peter blessed the St. Brigid's crosses, that had been made in preparation for the assembly, and the huge congregation that had gathered for the special celebration. It was a truly wonderful Grandparents' assembly demonstrating the huge role that our grandparents play in our lives as we walk in faith and love.
