During September and October the Primary One children have been making the most of the good weather to explore our outdoor learning area. They have explored capacity by making potions. Exploring heavier and lighter using a balance scale by weighing conkers. They explored length by comparing the size of sticks this lead to a discussion and comparison of thick and thin. They also practised their letter formation and making sets to match the numeral using natural materials.
