Investigating Static Electricity. The children were able to investigate how static electricity can move objects without touching them. They investigated how to create static electricity using a variety of man made and natural materials. They were able to get an aluminium can to move by creating static electricity with the balloon. Then we explored how to get salt and pepper to move and finally we were able to make the paper clips dance. Mrs Comiskey was on hand to help create some much needed static electricity.
